FRIED RICE RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Small rice 200 grams. 100 grams of unpeeled beans. 4 chicken livers. Chicken meat 200 grams. Shrimp 60 grams. 3 eggs. Sauce 2 tbsp. 1/4th of a teaspoon of chili powder. Sprouted pulses 75 grams. Oil 5 tbsp. Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
Wash the rice and boil it in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Pour the rice into the grater. Rinse the rice under cold water under the tap. water fountain. Boil beans, liver, meat, prawns separately and mix with rice. Beat eggs with soy sauce, pepper, salt, pepper and sugar. Take the sprouted dal in a pot and pour boiling water over it. Drain immediately and place in cold water.Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry with rice for 10 minutes. Stir once with sprouted dal. Pour in the beaten egg. When the eggs start to thicken, whisk occasionally.
Serving hot.
