GRILLED CHEESE & VEGETABLES SOUP RECIPE :

Ingredients:

Tomatoes, medium 6 Half a cup of carrot juice. Cabbage soup 1 cup. Oil 2 tbsp. Chopped onion 2 tbsp. 1 bay leaf Cornflower 1 tablespoon. 2 small pieces of cinnamon. 2 cloves 4 whole pepper flakes. Half a cup of boiled beans. 1 chopped tomato. Sugar half a cup. Cheese curd 4 tbsp. Salt to taste.

Method:

Cut tomatoes into large pieces. Boil with 5 cups of water, blend and strain. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onions and bay leaves for half a minute. Add carrots and cabbage and fry for 1 more minute. Add the strained tomato juice. Stir in the cornflour with a little water. Tie cinnamon, cloves, pepper in a thin cloth and add it to the soup. Boil for 20 minutes with 2 teaspoons of salt. Add beans, tomatoes, sugar and a little pepper powder and boil once. Remove from the oven and remove the masala putli.

Ladle soup into large serving bowls. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Grill in the oven for 5 minutes.

Bread can be served with toast.
