GRILLWD TILAPIA WITH SMOKED PAPRIKA AND HERB RICE RECIPE :

The main ingredient of the recipe as it exists today is tilapia fish, a favorite of Bengalis. But the cooking is not Bengali cooking at all. Today's western recipe is Grilled Tilapia with Smoked Paprika and Herb Rice. So let's see how to cook it

MATERIALS :

Serves - 4 Cooking Time - 15 minutes Ingredients Herb Rice Cooked Govindbhog Rice - 4 bowls

Butter - 3 tbsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Thyme - 1 tsp Rosemary - 1 tsp Salt - To taste Grilled fish Tilapia fish fillets - 4 olive oil - 1 1/2 tbsp Smoked paprika powder - 1 tsp Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp.

METHOD :

For the fish, mix in a bowl with the other ingredients except the fish. Now wash the fish fillets well and dry them with a cloth. Now rub the olive oil-smoked paprika-garlic powder-salt mixture on both sides of the fish. Keep the marinated fish in the fridge for 10 minutes. (Make herb rice with this fish.) Now heat a grill pan. Grease the pan with little butter. Shoot the fish fillets in it.

Cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side. If necessary, you can cook for one more minute. First put butter in a bowl for the herb rice. Stir in the cooked rice and herbs ie rosemary, thyme and oregano. Add salt to taste. Fry and take it down on low flame. While making rice, you can pour 1 spoon of lemon juice in water, then the rice will be neat. Serve with herb rice with grilled tilapia.
