Akki roti means bread made from rice flour. Apart from breakfast, you can eat akki roti for lunch or dinner. Since rice flour does not contain gluten, it is good for the body. The addition of palak and fenugreek adds to the quality of this bread.
So let's see how to make Servings - For 2 Preparation Time - 15 minutes Cooking Time - 10 minutes Ingredients Eight Rice - 2 Cups.
MATERIALS :
Fenugreek - 1 cup (crushed) Feathers - 1 cup (crushed) Cumin - 1 tsp Grated Coconut - 1 cup Raw Chillies - 2-3 coriander leaves - 3 tbsp Oil (crushed) - 2 tbsp Salt - to taste
METHOD :
In a bowl, mix fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, grated coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well and add rice flour to it. Mix all the ingredients together with water and make a big dough.
Now cut the lychee with the help of your fingers and shape it into bread. Now fry in a hot pan with light oil like paratha. Turn both sides to a light golden color and serve hot with pickles.
