HERB CHICKEN RECIPE :
Instant cooking has increased in relevance in today's busy life. There is no time to grind spices and cook for hours. Therefore, the trend of cooking which can be quick and delicious to eat is increasing. So today we have brought such a recipe, which can be done in just 15 minutes. And it is delicious to eat.
Today we will make Herb Chicken. For which you will need a handful of ingredients, and it can be made in just 15 minutes. So let's see how to make this simple and delicious dish.
MATERIALS :
Chicken breast (skinless and boneless) - 4
Salt- 1/4 tsp (you can take according to your taste)
Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp
Grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 2 cloves
Basil+thyme+rosemary+dry parsley - 2 tsp
Broccoli – 1 (medium cut)
Red and yellow bell paper – 1 bowl (sliced lengthwise)
Carrot - 1 large (cut lengthwise thinly)
Button Massroom - 1 cup (cut into four pieces)
METHOD :
In a bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of oil and all other ingredients except the meat, vegetables and mushrooms.
Marinate the chicken breasts well with this mixture.
Marinate covered for 15-20 minutes.
Now heat a pan. When the pan is hot, add the chicken breast pieces. After placing the meat, keep the heat on medium. Cook for four minutes on both sides. When the meat is cooked, remove it.
Now add the rest of the oil in the same pan. You can also use butter instead of oil if you want.
Add all the vegetables in butter and stir fry them on high heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with chicken and stir fry vegetables.
