SHAHI FULL CHICKEN ROAST :
What you will need:
A large farm chicken (one and a half to 2 kg weight), ginger paste 1 tablespoon, garlic paste 2 tablespoons, onion paste half a cup, condensed milk 1 cup, mawa half a cup, rose water a little, jordan color half a teaspoon, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, sour curd 1 cup, sweet curd 2 tbsp, ghee half cup, roasted onion 1 cup, chili powder little, garam masala powder 2 tbsp, carrot cut into large pieces, boiled eggs 4, chopped almonds 2 tablespoons, raisins 1 teaspoon, oil 1 cup.
How to do it:
First, remove the skin of the whole chicken and wash it cleanly. Cut the chicken down the middle with a knife. Mix all the ingredients well in the whole chicken and keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours. After that tie the chicken legs with 2 threads. Heat oil and ghee together in a large pan and fry onions until brown. Put the fried chicken in that oil. Cover and cook. Keep the flame low. Turn the chicken occasionally (you can fill the chicken with large pieces of carrots, cauliflower, boiled eggs).When the chicken is cooked, add powdered milk, chilies, rose water, sugar, lemon juice and simmer for a while longer. When the whole chicken is golden in color, remove and serve.
