JHAL BEEF BIRYANI RECIPE :


Ingredients : 

Kalijira, Kataribhog or Basmati rice half a kg, beef sinew or ran meat one kg, soya cup oil, onion slices 1 cup, ginger paste 2 teaspoons, garlic paste 1 teaspoon; 1 teaspoon of turmeric, pepper, cumin, coriander; Cardamom, cinnamon, cloves 2 each; Pepper paste half teaspoon, bay leaf 2, Jayatri paste half teaspoon, curd half cup, sugar 1 teaspoon, salt to taste.

Method: 

Fry half onion in oil and keep aside. Mix all other ingredients except rice with meat and leave it in the oil of the pot for a while and boil the meat with water. Drain the pot meat from the oil-masala, mix with rice, cover with 3 cups of water and take out after 20-22 minutes.
