KACCHI BIRYANI RECIPE :
Ingredients:
Khasi meat with bone 2 kg, basmati rice 1 kg, ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon, sour yogurt 10 tablespoon, shahi jeera 1 tablespoon, cashew nut paste 5 tablespoon, powdered milk 100 grams, ghee half a kilogram, black Cardamom 10 pieces, Triphala 10 pieces, Nutmeg half, Jayatri 5 pieces, Cinnamon 5 pieces, Bay leaves 5 pieces, Raisins 20 grams, Red pepper powder 2 tablespoons, Oil 150 grams, Salt to taste, Rose water 10 grams.Preparation
Preparation Method:
First, knead the meat with sour curd, chili powder, salt, ghee, oil, triphala powder, jaitri, nutmeg powder, cashew nut paste, ginger and garlic paste for about three hours and then cook it on low flame. Before boiling rice, 5 kg of water will be required for 1 kg of rice, powdered milk, salt, Shahi cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, oil.
