HOW TO PREPARE SHAHI CHICKEN KORMA

SHAHI CHICKEN KORMA :

Ingredients: 

2 pieces of chicken should be 16 pieces. Half a cup of sour curd, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 2 teaspoons of garlic paste, 1 cup of onion paste, 2 cups of finely chopped onion, 2-3 cardamoms and cinnamon, 2 bay leaves, 2 tablespoons of ghee, soybean oil. Whole green chillies 7-8, salt according to taste, raisins 15-20, chopped almonds and pistachios 3 tbsp, mawa half cup grated, liquid milk 1 cup, sugar 1 tsp and potatoes 5-6.

Preparation Method: 

First, wash the chicken pieces well. Then mash it well with all the ingredients except mawa, milk, raisins, almonds and green chillies and keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Mix oil and ghee together in a large pan and brown the finely chopped onions and fry the chicken pieces in it. Once the chicken is shredded, cover it with enough water, milk, mawa, raisins, almonds and green chillies and cook for about 20 minutes and serve as per your choice.
